This level is a scripted tutorial but after completing it you can return and get a better time if you want. Shown below is the fewest cycles I could figure out.

UPDATE 5-7-12 I have discovered a better way of doing this. Isn't that the way this game goes? You think you nailed it only to find a much simpler way that you completely overlooked. No video just an image. THIS is the fastest time I can find! I don't think I will redo the rest until I finish posting all of the other levels.
