This is the first level they cut you loose on. Its called cross over because the top input needs to move into the bottom output. This is also the first level with both a too and a bottom input and output.
I don't understand some of these times. This level is so simple yet somehow people have under 170 elapsed cycles. If you can break any of my times please post a video to youtube and let me know in the comments under the level.
